The civil works for the 110/13.8 kV Substation project comprise the complete construction of substation infrastructure and associated facilities in accordance with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, SEC/National-Grid standards, and applicable international codes. The scope includes Construction activities cover reinforced concrete foundations for power transformers, GIS equipment foundations, control and relay buildings, cable trenches, duct banks, equipment pedestals, oil containment pits, and underground utility networks. The works further include the construction of control buildings, security rooms, boundary walls, guard houses, internal roads, parking areas, drainage systems, septic tanks, water tanks, paving, curbstones, fencing supports, lighting pole foundations, and other structural elements also part of the scope. All civil works are executed with strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
